Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring a Tabata which is 8 exercises cycles of 20 seconds 10 seconds rest - a single Tabata last four minutes. Tabata training was discovered by Japanese scientist Dr. Izumi Tabata and a team of researchers from the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Tokyo. We run 7 Tabata in each session to give you a true HIIT workout
